Hi there ! I am a new seller on Etsy and I have had a customer contact me that they have missed their delivery 3 times and the courier company is sending the parcel back to me (seller). Once I receive the parcel I will then need to pay another delivery fee to resend to the buyer. How can I make the buyer pay the cost for the 2nd delivery ?

Hello Everyone, I've had an Etsy Shop since 2012 - all of my items are hand painted. I took a break in order to stock up on some items in my shop. I am not getting much activity in my shop - does anyone have any suggestions on the marketing end of this topic ? Also, I've just started to offer Free Shipping - any thoughts ?
