Hi there ! I am a new seller on Etsy and I have had a customer contact me that they have missed their delivery 3 times and the courier company is sending the parcel back to me (seller). Once I receive the parcel I will then need to pay another delivery fee to resend to the buyer. How can I make the buyer pay the cost for the 2nd delivery ?
