I always wanted a house with high ceilings, I'd put cat shelves all around the rooms on the ground floor and trim it out to look like molding- or have it done, if I did it myself it would look awful! Anyway, I think cat and dog-friendly decorating is a fantastic idea. Oh, and maybe a "habittrail" room for people with pocket pets!

The house is amazing. sarangus we have thought of doing the same thing in our house. Our basement is partly unfinished and the cats run around on the air ducts hanging from the ceiling so we decided that would have to do for now. In winter they curl up and sleep on them.

Oh my gosh! This is awesome! I made a really high shelf for Max. He gets to it by clawing up a board I upholstered in carpet (yes very classy)! I would LOVE to have something like that house!
