My shop hasn't been open that long, Dec 2018. I am not used to this selling stuff at all.
I make Little dragonlings out of polymer clay. I have MS so it's therapeutic for me and keeps me sane. I have only been sculpting around 14 months. I have loads not listed, which i need to get done asap. It started of more as a hobby but then more people kept asking to buy them, but like anything it keeps evolving and improving... =D

My husband and I have been antique dealers all our lives (40+ years) and have sold on many online venues for the past 20 years. We love etsy for so many reasons! ValeriesVintageStore came about for two reasons...one I love to create handmade items myself, mostly in the way of sewing, knitting and silver jewelry and I have been offered estates with many crafting supplies and books...so I opened by third store devoted to quilting, sewing, rug hooking and vintage sewing items. We've been pleased with our sales but only have time to devote to our stores in the winter months as we live in a tourist town on the coast of Maine with two brick and mortar stores that are open May thru October. Hello there and thank you so much for the invitation. I am an ex IT techie who became disabled in my 50's. I have been collecting vintage jewelry probably from the time I was walking. My mother used to say she could keep me quiet for hours with her costume jewelry box. After that, she took me to auctions and taught me all she knew about antiques, collectibles and of course, Vintage Jewelry. She was an encyclopedia of information.
My husband and I decided that this would be good for me, to keep my brain active and also to be doing what is my second love, the hunt for vintage pieces.
I am enjoying this platform very much, especially after several years on eBay. This is most refreshing. 😉
