My Shop is 2 years old and have only 8sales
what should I do to bring more buyers
your title is tragedy..... Make the title easy and pleasant to read, not stuffed with keywords. Make it short, so shoppers can read it all no matter the device they use.
Here are my observations, and I only spent a few minutes looking around your shop. Your products are gorgeous by the way.
1) Your feedback is probably scaring away shoppers. Not much you can do about that but you can respond to the feedback with your solution or action taken to satisfy the situation. You have a generic statement "We have improve our quality on the basis of past review". I realize your shop is in India, but the proper way to say this is "We have improved our quality on the basis of past reviews". What did you improve? Tell me something about your process that makes me confident in your product.
2) For the prices, I'm going to ask myself what is real and what is not. Utilize your description to be honest about the process for making your jewelry. You say an item is made from silver but it's gold color. Your initial ring says it's Sterling Silver, the details say it's made from silver, but the picture shows a gold color. Is it plated? We have box stores in the US that sell this type of jewelry. We call it costume jewelry because it's not meant to last. The plating wears off really fast and the gems dull after a short amount of time. How can you make your customer confident that what they see is what they get?
3) The gems - are they real? If not, what are they made from?
4) About You. Many Etsy sellers have interesting stories. This is what you say about you:
SpringjewelryArt is belong to a small business from jaipur india. We are committed to our customer to provide best handmade and creative unique product of good quality
Again - perhaps some corrections to the English? Is your target market the USA and other English-speaking areas? Can you help your customer get to know more about you and your small business? Do you have other family members helping? What did it take to get started?
Most of product in sliver or Gold
5) And don't forget your competition. I didn't do any research but I'm sure there are quite a few jewelry shops. Your photos are excellent. But what makes buying from you more attractive to me and my investment in your product?
I've been on Etsy for 13 years. It took me 2 or 3 just to figure out what my niche was. Once I did, it took another 5 before my shop was really producing any significant income. Brides / weddings; babies and pets are very popular areas. Perhaps think about what you can offer to these consumers.
Hope this helps. Getting going can take time.
