Italian tonight

Last night I made a special Valentine's day dinner.

Salad of augula, roasted beets, blood orange, avocado and red onion.

Main course of crab stuffed mushrooms topped with melted jack cheese and oven roasted redskin potatoes + steamed asparagus.

Dark Chocolate truffles and fresh strawberries for dessert.

Tonight we will have leftover vegetable / lentil / barley soupI made on Thursday.

My family had a celery soup, scrambled eggs with smoked cod liver, and I had a rest of onion soup an a salad with tomatoes, sliced leek and tuna.

Yesterday was the birthday party of my daughter, so we passed the whole afternoon eating cake, ice creams...only me had dinner last night, I had a hot sandwich of jam and cheese.
