Long day cooking for other people today.  Thank goodness for leftovers!  heated up some of the vegan split pea soup I made on Thursday.  Some whole grain rolls - and BOOM.  Dinner. Done.  Bonus: healthy and delicious.

Feast today!  Deviled eggs and endive w/ marinated feta for an app.  Spinach and strawberry saald with lemon-poppyseed dressing; roast rack of lamb with ab crus of breadcrumbs and frsh herbs, plus a rosemary-mint dipping sauce; grilled salmon; chilled asparagus with lemon-garlic aioli; and  carrots / baby potatoes roasted with leeks and garlic + arugula tossed in at the end.  Pina Colada cake with fresh blueberries for dessert.  All made from scratch, by moi. I am stuffed and BEAT!

It is snowing today.  We already talked about it and put some ingredients in the slow crock pot to do beef pot roast.

Snow, cold day. Bake some biscuits too. The hit from the oven helps to warm the house.
