Welcome everyone!

I set up this team so members can place orders from www.firemountaingems.com/ at the 200+ item price level.

I will consolidate all orders and submit the orders to FMG every week. Packages from FMG usually deliver to my office within 10 business days. I will ship from both US and Canada, so shipping to these two countries will be cheap and fast. You only pay one way shipping, that is from me to you. I will be responsible for FMG shipping to my office.

If you want to place an order, please convo me.

All items are eligible for returns according to FMG policy.

There are 3 ways to place an order:

1) Save your items to a favorite list, name your list and make sure to set it to be visible to public. Send me your list name, your email associated with the list and your shipping address (I will calculate the postage based on your address). I will set up a reserved listing for you to pay according to your list.

2) On the FMG website, they allow you to export your cart into a spreadsheet. You can email me your export cart spreadsheet with your shipping address. My email: info@lifeconcerto.com
I will then create a reserve link for you to pay.

Steps for how to export your cart as spreadsheet:
1) Go to "My cart"
2) On the top of the page, click "By spreadsheet", a box will be expanded
3) Under the box, click "export cart"
4) Save file as spreadsheet

3) If you still encounter difficulty in exporting the cart, you can just send me your list. Example:
1) H20-1095PK x 1
2) H20-2407PK x 2
3) ....

Shipping:
You pay only one way shipping from me to your address.

1) For US members, shipping starts from $1.64 for a 3 oz package. Tracking is included, you can estimate your own shipping fee by using the shipping tool on the USPS.com. I ship all packages from Niagara Falls, NY

2) For Canada members, shipping starts from $1.29 (tax not included) for a 100 g light package. You can estimate the postage from the Canadapost website. Packages will be shipped from L6J 3A0.

3) I ship all international packages from Niagara Falls, NY, using USPS services. First class mail without tracking starts from $3 for a 1 oz package. Express mail with tracking starts from $38. You can estimate your postage here: http://ircalc.usps.com/?country=10013

Shipping insurance is also available for most destinations.

Thanks for doing this and opening up membership. I normally make the first cut on assortable pricing at FMG but rarely the second, and spend way more than I should there. This will help considerable, especially as there are some relatively more expensive gem pieces I am interested in buying. I will reread the ordering instructions and order soon.
