Gabriele you're not doing all that badly, really! I've made as many sales in about 3 years as you have in 6-ish months~ I do get lackadaisical about renewing and promoting though, it all goes in cycles with me - Create, list, other stuff, and back again.
Some ideas for you~ I didn't read too deeply into your page but these things help with links & SEO~ You're prolly already doing a lot of this, but I am sure some team member will find the info useful :)
do you have a blog? You can set up an etsy mini link from your blog to your shop. I unfortunately don't have much to say on the blog as of late, chronic writer's block I guess. I converted my little-used Myspace page into a giant link for my shop, too. The more good quality links you have leading into your store the better rating you get on google and the other search engines.
A Facebook fan page is a good tool, too, specially since etsy makes it so easy to share on FB when you add a new item. I have my FB account linked to a twitter account, so when I post a new item to FB, it sends a link to my twitter account too - on less thing to consciously set up links to.
Your item titles look good to me, they have all the words you would wanna use for searchability that I can think of... I will share this though~ I was brainstorming with a colleague at my 'day' job to see if we could think of new keywords to incorporate on our site, try and think like your customer, what would someone looking for pretty things to wear type in? Your average shopper may not know all the terms that we as glass workers would use like 'boro' or 'lampwork', you get my drift! I was appalled that the word 'stuff' was being bandied around as part of a viable key phrase, since it was verbally beat into me in English class not to use that word, but we did some research & it was not a bad word to use in the right context.
File this next one under 'I need to take my own advice'. Type in those words you think shoppers may enter to find your shop, scroll to the bottom of the first Google page & look at the "Searches related to (your key word)' - These are commonly entered alternate phrases that you may find useful.
My last tip would be to relax and and fun with the whole process! I find I never make sales if I'm really pushing for it and getting frustrated that nothing is happening, but if I'm having fun making beads, having fun taking photos, and chuckling while I'm writing text, editing photos, the whole process is so much smoother and more fun, and I'm usually happier with the results! :)
I hope this helps you, and anyone else here!
