What about fabric only items?

I hope that I am not double posting but the products that I make are baby wraps and slings. The only materials I use are cotton. Occasionally I use a print but if need be these can be avoided.

My question is do fabric only items still need to be tested? I am so new to this cpsia thing......

My other shop has stuffed animal toys, and it was my understanding that I had to label those as well - but I see it as such an advantage! I've been labeling my toys since I went into business 2 years ago, and I get so many referral sales from those tiny tags (I have my website address on them along with the other info). They are my BEST marketing tool! (And quite inexpensive.) You can see the labels in many of my product photos.

Just offering a little lemonade with all the lemons being thrown at us! :)
