I was just coming on to post about this - I saw it at our library tonight. It isn't a very long article, but they cover the main points very well. They mentioned a couple of lawyers who claim the law is unconstitutional as written due to the unfair burden placed on the small business owners re: testing, etc. Apparently, a lawyer in CA has already started a class action suit over CSPIA. They give the website URL for his law firm, but I don't know if I can post it here.
