Thank you for the info, very helpful. I'm a bit puzzled, though: I'm starting to sell pillows, and given the pattern, it can be targeted at kids under 12. The fabric, dyed or not, are said fine, but there's a note about buttons, zippers, ... Well, I need to have these pillows close somehow, like most garments. Do I need to have my product tested before I start selling? Thank you.

Just FYI on the pillows, there are already several states (pre-CPSIA) that do not allow pillows and other stuffed items intended for children to be imported or sold without special inspections and tagging (Ohio, Massachusetts, and I think Pennsylvania)
