Can someone please explain to me what this law is about in a few words? I'm in Ireland so haven't heard much about what's going on in America apart from inauguration:)
In order to be able to sell anything in the US which is intended for children 12 years old and younger, the items have to be tested for lead. Apparently it's an expensive procedure and destroys the original item. I guess this applies even to overseas people who want to sell something to someone in the US.
