Rockefeller, who is the chair of the committee it referred to, is one of the co-signers of a letter to President Obama demanding removal of Nancy Nord as acting chair of CPSA. Not sure the bill go anywhere from there - it may become lost in committee.

Let's hope that this comes out of Committee. It may have been much better off as an amendment to the Stimulus Package as was originally announced. This would have actually put something into the Stimulus Bill that would cost zero dollars and actually stimulated the economy.
