Rick is definitely taking the lead in this battle. I'm glad there is somebody of his caliber to be an intelligent spokesman. It's a big task. I hope he succeeds in getting the unreasonable effects of the law diminished.
I agree, ArtisticallySpeaking. He is virtually unparalleled at voicing concerns of all segments affected by this (not just his own) in a very clear, concise manner.
