Requesting GCC's?

I am wanting to get a GCC from YKK zippers. I hear they're easy to work with. How do you go about asking for a GCC from a supplier? What information have you found helpful to request specifically? This is my first time doing this (everything I've made so far is either elastic or pullover, or has MOP buttons), and I'm just looking for a little guidance.

If you go to the YKK usa website you can find our all about the company. They make many different zippers, and other fasteners, lots of information. If you go to the contact page, you can find the closest office to where you live. The phone numbers are all there. Just figure out the zipper you want, they reccomend the plastic part zippers for babies and children. Give them a phone call, tell them who you are, what you make, and ask them if they can send you the certificate for the product you want to buy. They should know all about the CPSIA.
