Reminder SBA Complaints

I just got a call from the SBA. They are compiling the complaints today. He told me to pass on the word to keep them coming. They want to flood the system.

If you haven't filed an offical complaint form... please go to www.sba.gov/ombudsman

AND don't forget the CPSIA's request for public response is Jan. 30th. I have a seperate thread for that somewhere.

Keep it up people! There are forces working for us... like the lawyers for the SBA! yay!

Great work people! The SBA represents you and me... the small business. They have lawyers working for us.

I had originally just sent a complaint email to the Ombudsman address, but it has to be the official form.

I simply went to my sent folder, copied and pasted my complaint into the official form box. They ask your name, addy, phone etc. as well.

They are collecting these complaints today. He only had 17 for today as of 10am AZ time.

Yes, the CPSC. The will send you a case number, and you will here back from them.

Thank you for that link. I just filed a complaint. It would not go through though...it said I had to put my state in, but when I tried it would not let me. I ended up calling and they said to email it to them.

That happened to me and I emailed at first too. Then I got the call and he said I needed to use the official form. The state was entered automatically when I clicked the "find zip code" button.

Soooo. that being said... if it's not too much work... could you try again and paste your email complaint? :)

Reminding everyone...the gentleman I spoke to said they did receive several emails on the 27th--- so we have to keep sending them in!

Thank you for reminding me. I had sent something just alerting them to the issue earlier, but I think I ought to put in an actual complaint about self-publishing books.
