I must be missing something here. I am brand new to making my items and selling them. Only been at this for < 2 weeks.
I've been reading this forum and the documents on the website, but I'm still not sure what it is I am supposed to be doing.
As for labels - For my wooden puzzles, how would I label them? I read that it must be "permanent". I COULD wood-burn the info on the back, which I really don't want to, but I will if I *must*. I see people here mentioning what must be on the "label" (contact info, date), but I can't find that on the official documents. Between these forums, and other places, there is so much conflicting info. :( Not saying that I don't believe you - obviously most of you have done your homework here - but if someone could kindly point me to the source for this info, I would appreciate it!
Also is it correct that the testing requirements are not going to be effective until 2011?
