Personalized, made to order, need DOM or batch #??

All my items are made to order for a specific customer. I don't make the item until it is ordered. Does anyone know if I would still need DOM listed on my labels?

Yes, you will need a dom but not a batch number since they are made to order. ALL products intended for children under 12, whether they are one of a kind, or made to order need a label to comply with the cpsia, and most all will also need another to comply with the FTC. I know it sucks, but that's the way it is. You can always use some of the ways we do tags in etsy for our products. Iron on transfers on a nice ribbon, and printable fabric to be printed from your inkjet printer.
