I was thinking of making some notebooks for back to school. I would be taking a basic notebook, and covering it with paper and modge podge to decorate it.
Are there any regulations I need to be aware of to sell these? I'd like to market them for children to back to school.
What constitutes a child for these regulations? Is there an age cut off where they no longer apply?
I really don't know anything about this, so I'd appreciate any help you can give me.
