Fiber Content on tags

Hi. I am working on tags for baby clothing and I am confused as to how I should describe the fiber content on the tag. Each garment will consist of 100% polyester for the body and 100% cotton for the sleeves and collar. The only thing I could come up with is:
Body 100% Polyester
Other 100%Cotton
I have no clue and have not been able to find information on using multiple types of fabric on one article of clothing.

I also have that dilemma. Did you ever get an answer?

Re: Fiber Content on tags

What I have done for other types of products is check the labels of several different major brands that have products with similar characteristics. If several major manufacturers are using similar language for the product - then I use it. Hopefully they have done due diligence and I can point to their labeling as my model.

Sectional disclosure of fiber content

If a product has separate sections with different fiber compositions, the content of each section should be identified separately on the label.20 Where ornamentation or trim forms a distinct section of the product, and is present in a quantity that doesn’t exempt it from fiber disclosure, disclose the fiber in a separate section.
Examples of sectional disclosure:

Red: 100% Nylon
Blue: 100% Polyester
Green: 80% Cotton, 20% Nylon
Ornamentation: 100% Silk
or

Body: 100% Cotton
Sleeves: 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester

Sectional disclosure is required if necessary to avoid deception. As a general practice, where garments or other products are divided into distinct sections made of different fibers, use sectional disclosure so the information is clear to consumers.
