Oh my goodness, is she kidding? It is HER agency's job to make the information clear, the confusion is their fault, not the fault of bloggers. UGGGGHHHHH! This law is insane....

Additionally, I think she is sitting next to a pot plant, in the video.....

I guess she is no longer working there. She 'resigned'. She needs to be flogged.

This interview is the epitome of this horribly written law. Vallese is officially no longer with the CPSC yet she is the one the CPSC sent out to do their dirty work just days before her official last day of work.
She made no clarifications, no explanations, and no nothing.
I thing the post at momdot.com sums up my feelings absolutely perfectly and I wouldn't change a single word she wrote.

I had a feeling that Vallese didn't even know what she was talking about. It is all overwhelming and way too much. I wish they would make some clarifications, rules and exceptions before they allow this law to go into effect.
