I don't see how they could pull those categories. Etsy (or anyone, for that matter) does not know who is complying or who is not.

Ir was stated in last Friday's meeting that Etsy won't be policing listings in these categories so it stands to reason the cateogories will still exist.

Etsy is an international site. They cannot pull categories or they will effect those in other countries selling everywhere but the US.
