You need to get testing done on the clay. Call the manufacturer of the clay and ask if they have had testing done and if they will send you a copy. If not, you will need to have it done yourself by a CPSIA certified lab. And if you are selling to stores you will need to write up a general certificate of conformity. You will also have to label with a CPSIA label, and preferrably register with the small batch registry.
