The letter asks for the items outlined in the letter to be considered. It does not mean that it is actually happen from what this letter says. "Consideration" is the key word in the letter.

But it is definitely a HUGE step in the right direction.

I will have to read it through completely before I can make heads or tails of it. But I think that the CPSC needs time and they want to halt the implemetation of the bill until certain things can be clarified. Check out the other thread on Senator McDint's new legislation. It is really awesome.

They are basically saying they want to give us year's reprieve while they figure it out. Meanwhile Congress can fix the legislation.

OMG, if I've EVER doubted the existence of a higher power (I haven't really, just using the expression), here's evidence to sway anyone!!! It's not FINAL, maybe, but it's a START, which is more than we've seen in like FOREVER!!!!!
