I am working on compliance with the items I make. Would like some input on an item. I am making a baby ball made of cotton fabrics and polyester fiberfill...both exempt from testing. No small parts or hard edges, nothing painted...do I just need to do a seam strength test? And how do I do that? Any info you can provide will be helpful.
