Huh? Another chemical? Phthalates are already covered by the CPSIA law.

I wish I could attend !!!!!!!!!!!! After Studying Cosmetics and knowing what all goes into them, not to mention ANYTHING, all the chemicals! I'd love to have my $.02 heard!

Oh, I thought Phthalates was spelled differently, so I thought it was a new chemical. Ooops.
