Help with how I list international shipping costs

I just opened shop two weeks ago but have had two international items. Both times I have had to supplement the postage because I didn't predict well.

Because of the weight of my items I need to use International Priority. Will the price on this differ from country to country and if so, how are people listing this in their shops?

I also want a crash course on International Shipping.

You need a postal scale so that you can weigh the items.

You can also check International Shipping rates per country on the USPS website, so that you know what to charge for each country.

Always remember to click online rate , not retail rate.

Paypal offers a back door shipping labels at commercial rates, all you need is a basic account and you will have no need for USPS retailed priced website.
