Help please

I have an order for the Ukraine the address is in there language and etsy shipping won't accept the address. Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Hi Linda,

You can copy the phrase and insert it into "Google Translation" and it will translate it into English.

https://translate.google.com/

Then go into your address and edit the words in English that it will not accept, then try to print again. Edit until it accepts the address.

However, I also take the original address that was sent (foreign language) and attach that address on the mailing box next to the label that you edited into English, so that the mail carrier in the country, that the package is being delivered can read it (in their own language).

**Make sure you insure the package.

Just a suggestion and I hope it helps. It has always worked for me.

I wouldn't trust Google Translate for something like this.

First I'd just try re-typing the name of the customer's country in the box just in case it looks right but has a blank character or something that is causing a conflict

If that doesn't work, I'd write the customer and let them know that there's a problem with the ship-to address and ask them for help getting it right.
