Thinking of re-vamping my whole shop--anyone else?

What happened? It's been deathly quiet around here lately! I pulled a bunch of items from my shop to place in a local brick-and-mortar store, and I've got a big custom order I'm working on and for the first time in five years, I'm not pregnant, AND school's almost out, so YEAH for having more energy for everything! (But not really time with my little ones) SOoooo, I'm thinking of ways to better my Etsy shop. Maybe I'll write a business plan to get me more focused. I'm going to have to bite the bullet and pull some things that don't fit, take new photos, etc. . . It's a BIG JOB, but I've had my shop for over 3 years now and I'm ready to make more sales and actually have it to a more "business" level rather than hobby.
Anyone else focusing more on Etsy lately than before????

Could always make the items fit?? Maybe specialize in them and add a ton! I feel like work and life has taken away my Etsy time. I'm tired when I finally get home that I really don't feel like sewing! Wish I could take a vacation and get my motivation back.

I redid a lot of my listing titles and SEOs, made my photos look a bit better and tired "advertising" more via facebook. Seems like there is more interest which hopefully will start leading to steady sales!

I have been working on revamping my store as well right now. I just got all new labeling for my products and put up new pictures and I am focusing on my SEO now and also working on a blog for my etsy store. I think this is a great time of year to do it .

Melanie, your store is looking GOOD, and my goodness, you've had so many more sales than me! Good for you, you're rockin' some Etsy love!
Ten more days of school and then I can get serious with all I want to do for my shop. For now, I'm busy listing new stuff and trying to keep up with sewing that I want to do. So much to do, so little time!
