I need to work on revamping my shop...Going to start working on some new items.

How would you sort your listings..by colors? by items? I was thinking one and one and one: one bag, one heating pad, one bowl holder, etc..one row of different items in a color scheme. OR would do you a row of all heating pads and then a row of bags?

Ugh, I feel like I never get shipping right--I lost $4 on the one I shipped to Canada today. So I just spent time going through and charging more for all my like items. Shipping's just CRAZY expensive! I thought I'd have this figured out by now!
I'm also toying with the idea of opening another shop just for paintings--anyone here have two shops (and four kids and a full time job and a husband?)
