Re: Show us your INK!

yes! good idea! here's a piece justin buduo did on my leg that got featured on tattoo snob! the caption is a little confused, but it's a trevor brown illustration. the character is called little miss sticky kiss and she is shown in a variety of outfits in his work, but always with the little black eye. justin got it absolutely perfect!!

and the original for comparison:

Re: Show us your INK!

Nice tats, ladies! Love the little nurse, Jennifer...she is so cute (and tough looking!). I'm finishing up my cover-up-in-progress (2 years in the making!) on NYE. I can't wait to see it colored in! It's actually a pretty big piece on my hip/back area...Japanese peonies and chrysanthamums. I don't even remember what colors we were going to do...so it'll be a surprise! :)

Re: Show us your INK!

@Jen
No way!! I was apprenticing for Justin and Shoe back when they were at Shoe's Tattoos in Webster *high five*

Here's mine. Still needs some work done but I'm too broke to get more done. Got it free from Shoe for the six months of apprenticing I did, since he had to close up shop and I didn't get to learn much.

Re: Show us your INK!

I worked at "Slave to the Needle" in Seattle for over 4 years (counter gal/shop mom). The sugar skull backpiece is huge and done by Robert Egbert, as is the robot with my son's name. The Laura Palmer portrait is by Ed Lott.... LOVE "Twin Peaks!" (obviously.) ;)
