Newbie Questions

Hi everyone!

I've just signed up for indiemade and I'm putting my website together.
I can't wait to have some products in my store but I have a few questions about the digital downloads feature and I don't want to have it online until I figure everything out.

How do the downloads work? I sell digital files and I want to write the process in the item's description. Does the buyer get an email with the download link like here on Etsy? Does the buyer have to log in somewhere to access their downloads? How should I explain the buyer what he has to do after purchase?

Also, is there a way to change the message in the contact form?

I've just had my first sale! How exciting!!

I do have another question now. I know the customer gets an email with the download instructions. Does he get the invoice for their purchase as well?

is there a way to upload a video for each of your products?

I put one in the description.. not very professional though and you can not really notice it as a link

A receipt is emailed to your customer along with an email download, Cristina. Jerry, yes, you can embed video pretty much anywhere on your IndieMade site.
