Hello,

Thank you.
Hi Kanika,
Thank you for submitting your listings.I wanted to start by letting you know that when I opened this listing, my very first thought was “how unique and beautiful is this jewellery set!!”.
I had a few suggestions that I hope will help you make your listing stronger. I noticed that you have written a title that has several phrases and includes some important keywords related to your product. However, I think it will be more helpful if you trim down your title to just 3-4 phrases and use the rest of the keywords as your tags.
I would suggest reformatting the title to include key descriptions of the item that shoppers would be searching for. For example, the title for this listing could be wire wrapped jewellery set, Handmade wooden jewellery, silver wire wrapped women’s jewellery set.
I would also suggest using all available photo slots for the listing (right now you have 5 and you actually get up to 10). This can help shoppers get a better feel for your items since they can't pick up and hold them before they purchase. Perhaps, consider including some shots of the item modeled on a person. This will help your buyers get a sense of fit and how it could potentially look on them against certain outfits. You can also include a lifestyle shot or a packaging shot as well.
I also like how you have used a white background so that the beauty of your product shines through. One thing I noticed is that your 3rd, 4th and 5th image is a little blurry, for instance in your 3rd image, the pendant is clearly visible, however, the chain is blurry. Make sure you click clear and crisp images of the entire product. You might be able to attract more buyers with a shot that really showcases the craftsmanship of your item.
Thanks again for participating today. I hope this helps!
Warmly,
Shweta

Hi Vaishali!
So good to see you here in the forums.
My biggest piece of advice for you is to work on using all available photo slots for the listing (right now you have 3 and you actually get up to 10). This can help shoppers get a better feel for your items since they can't pick up and hold them before they purchase. In the case of this listing, you could add the photos of how the journal looks from inside and from the back.
The next thing that jumps out to me is your listing title. I would recommend including relevant phrases here that buyers might be searching for on Etsy. Some phrases could be: “A5 Blank Journal”, “Quirky Art Journal”, “Cartoon Doodle Diary”.
Additionally, listing’s keywords also includes tags - It looks like you’re using tags for your listing (which is important!). I would suggest not using single word keywords and not repeating the keywords. Here is Seller Handbook article that might help you: https://www.etsy.com/in-en/seller-handbook/article/keywords-101-everything-you-need-to-know/38277428...

Hi Abhishek and Madhulika!
You have so many amazing things going on in your shop and listing. Congratulations on all your five star reviews and the pictures that accompany the reviews. You can tell your buyers are very proud of their purchases.
However, you could consider including some shots of packaging since it makes for a perfect gift item!
I see your item is categorized correctly and you’re using lots of attributes, which is great! That really helps your item get found by the right buyers.
I think that your shop is fantastic and that you are on the right path. I hope that this has been helpful!
Thank you for being a part of the community!

Hi Ashley,
Thank you for submitting this listing. Your shop has such lovely products!
The first thing that pops out to me is your title. While you have a well written title for your listing, buyer research shows that using commas instead of dashes or a vertical bar in your case, helps titles appear more clean and readable. For instance, your title can look like this White organic cotton woman's tunic , Women's sleeveless cotton tunic ,White textured summer tunic
I’d also suggest using all available photo slots for the listing (right now you have 7 and you actually get up to 10). You could consider including some shots of the item modeled on a person. This will help your buyers get a sense of fit and how it could potentially look on them. Customers love to see photos that show the making and packaging processes. It helps them to connect with you and better visualize what they will be receiving. Packaging photos are especially popular around the holidays.
Lastly, You should consider offering free shipping (and include the cost of shipping in the price of the coat.) Buyers frequently tell us that having to pay an additional shipping cost is what keeps them from shopping on Etsy more often.
I hope this helps!
Warm wishes
Shweta

Thank you! Hope you have a nice week
Hi Aalia! Good to see you here in the forums! Thank you for submitting this listing. I love the beautiful gift set!
I’ve had a chance to review your listing and here are a few suggestions that I have:
Title: Since the title of a listing is important for search relevance and are usually the first things shoppers tend to see, I would suggest reformatting the title to include key descriptions of the item that shoppers would be searching. Also, I’d suggest separating out phrases of your title with commas rather than other characters such as slashes or hyphens. Something like, “Gold Wire Earrings and Pendant Gift Set, Boho Jewelry Set” comes to mind. Also, I would suggesting deleting “Made in India by Charming Irony by Aalia“ from the title as I feel no shopper would search for these phrases while looking for the product! Here is Seller Handbook article that might help you: https://www.etsy.com/in-en/seller-handbook/article/keywords-101-everything-you-need-to-know/38277428...
Photos: Your photos look great! I love that your primary image really showcases the item. An idea would be to include a packaging shot in your secondary photos, to showcase how the item is packed as is a popular gift item!
You could consider including some shots of the item modeled on a person. This will help your buyers get a sense of how it could potentially look on them when styled perfectly.
I hope this helps, thank for participating!
Best,
Shweta

Hi Priyank,
Thank you for submitting your listing!
My advice for you is to add more images for your product (right now you have 4 and you actually get up to 10). This can help shoppers get a better feel for your items since they can't pick up and hold them before they purchase.
I also noticed that you have included a lot of phrases in your titles which contain important keywords related to your product. However, it’ll be great if you can trim your title to just 3-4 relevant phrases. You can perhaps trim it down to wooden wall clock, handcrafted wooden clock, contemporary round wall clock
I see that you have used 13 tags, which is great! Think of tags as keywords that buyers will input into the search bar on Etsy to find your items. We find that using tags with multiple words or phrases that are as specific as possible work the best for matching your listing with the perfect buyer. Instead of gifting, royal, clock , wood, brown use tags such as wooden clock, handmade clock, wall clock, contemporary clock, modern wall clock, gold detailing etc
I hope this helps!
Warm wishes,
Shweta

Hi Monisha!
Super happy to see you here in the forums!
I love the “about your shop” section since it really helps me understand your making process, and it reminds me that real humans are on the other side of this listing making it! In the spirit of improvement, here are just a couple tips to consider (although I must say that this listing is really strong to begin with)
Titles: I think you’ve done a great job with your title and tags but I wonder if you might trim your title down a bit? For example, you could shorten your title to “Circus Themes Birthday Invitation, Carnival Invitations” and put the rest of the key phrases in the tags.
Tags: Think of tags as keywords that buyers will input into the search bar on Etsy to find your items. We find that using tags with multiple words or phrases that are as specific as possible work the best for matching your listing with the perfect buyer. You can try adding something like “carnival theme” or “customized invite” instead of “under the top” since it is not a very popular search word! Also, these suggested tags are a bit more relevant to the listing itself.
Photos: The first image in the listing should be eye-catching and should convey what the item is. I would suggest you make the third photo as your primary photo. I can imagine a potential buyer enjoying seeing a behind the scenes photo of how they are made, hence adding a process shot would be great!
I hope this helps!
Best,
Shweta

Hi Megha!
You have so many amazing things going on in your shop and listing. Congratulations on all your five star reviews and the pictures that accompany the reviews. You can tell your buyers are very proud of their purchases.
Here are just a couple tips to consider:
Title: I noticed that the phrases you are using in your title aren’t separated which makes it look like one huge title and is not very clear. Buyer research shows that using commas to separate the phrases helps titles appear more clean and readable. Since you’re selling a digital listing, I would recommend adding the term “digital listing” or “downloadable” to your title. This is another way to make clear to your buyers that this is not a physical item. Some examples of listing title could be: “DIY Paper Rose Bouquet, Downloadable Flower Tutorial”.
Photos: When reviewing your listing, I noticed that there were photos that featured a watermark or text overlaid. I would recommend letting your awesome product shine through, and leaving the text for the product description. Photos with watermarks or copy overlaid make it challenging to promote more broadly.
Tags: Think of tags as keywords that buyers will input into the search bar on Etsy to find your items. We find that using tags with multiple words or phrases that are as specific as possible work the best for matching your listing with the perfect buyer. You can try adding something like “DIY bouquet kit” or “roses craft kit” or even “DIY flower patterns” instead of “instructions or craft kits” since these suggested tags are a bit more relevant to the listing itself. If you need help with coming up with tags, here is Seller Handbook article to help you: https://www.etsy.com/in-en/seller-handbook/article/keywords-101-everything-you-need-to-know/38277428...

Hi Nupur,
Thank you for submitting your listing!
After a careful review, here are a few suggestions for your listing: trim down the title to 3-4 relevant phrases that best describe your product. For instance, the title for this listing could be Small Antique Medallion Dangle earrings, Gift Set of Gold and Silver Coin Hoop Earrings, Vintage Style Jewelry. You can use the rest of the words in your tags.
Regarding your photographs, they look fantastic! You’ve done a great job with providing your buyers with several different shots. You can also consider including a process style shot. Our buyers love to see images that showcase how the item is created. I can imagine a potential buyer enjoying seeing a behind the scenes photo of how they are made. I would also recommend adding a packaging shot as this item makes for a great gift!
You’re doing a great job with your tags. I noticed that you have used all 13 tags, they’re descriptive and accurate to your product. However, one suggestion would be to add “queen elizabeth” to your tags!
Thanks again for participating!
Best,
Shweta

Hello Pragya! My name is Shweta and I work for the Seller Community in India.
I really like the detailed description you’ve written for this item. It does a great job highlighting the work that goes into making your item and the extra features that make it special. While your title has some great phrases but I would recommend you to keep it a little short and make sure to use 3 - 4 phrases only in the title and the rest can come in the tags. Also, the item listed in this listing makes for a great personalized gift - I would recommend you add that to your title as it may work better in the search algorithm!
In the listing photos, I would highly recommend adding a lifestyle shot of your product - in your case, it would be the artwork framed and displayed on the wall of a kid’s room or drawing room! I would also recommend adding a packaging shot - since it’s a gift item. I would also recommend adding a process shot - I can imagine a potential buyer enjoying seeing a behind the scenes photo of how they are made.

Hi Shweta,
Thank you for submitting your listing. I wanted to start by letting you know that when I opened this listing, my very first thought was “how beautiful is this art!”.
I had a few suggestions that I hope will help you make your listing stronger. I noticed that you have tried to include as many details as possible about the product in your title. I would recommend including 3-4 relevant phrases here that buyers might be searching for on Etsy.
For instance, the title for this product could be Handmade mandala art, floral dot mandala art, Abstract art on canvas.
When reviewing your listing, I noticed that your 6th image featured a text overlay. I would recommend letting your awesome product shine through, and leaving the text for the product description. Photos with watermarks or text on them make it challenging to promote more broadly. You can also consider adding a process shot. For example, you can show an image of your hands in the frame, making the painting.
It looks like you’re using tags for your listing (which is important!) .We find that using tags with multiple words or phrases that are as product specific as possible work the best for matching your listing with the perfect buyer. Perhaps, you can use tags such as abstract art, handmade art, mandala art, floral mandala art, abstract floral art instead of acrylics, abstract, sunflower, collectibles and handmade.
I hope this helps!
Once again, thank you for submitting your listing

The first thing that jumps out to me is your listing title. I would recommend including 3-4 relevant phrases here that buyers might be searching for on Etsy. Hi Foram!
Thank you for submitting this listing. I love the handmade name sign with little floral detailing - so pretty!
My advice for you is to work on the listing’s keywords - keywords are very important in terms of visibility in searches, and updating yours may help to get your product in front of more of the right buyers.
The first thing that jumps out to me is your listing title. I would recommend including only 3-4 relevant phrases here that buyers might be searching for on Etsy. “Name Sign” is a great start, and you could expand this to include the word “personalized” or mention that it is a ‘Handmade Felt Signboard’ and the rest of the phrases can go in your tags!
Additionally, listing’s keywords also includes tags - It looks like you’re using tags for your listing (which is important!). It looks like as of now you’ve used 11 tags and you actually get up to 13! Make sure you use all available tags with diverse terms so that you get as many opportunities as possible to get your items in front of buyers in search. Try using tags like “floral name board”, “customized wall decor”, “personalized gift”. I would also recommend adding more tags around gifting occasions - I think this would be a great housewarming gift or gift for kids!
Here is a Seller Handbook article that might help you: https://www.etsy.com/in-en/seller-handbook/article/keywords-101-everything-you-need-to-know/38277428...
I also think adding more photos to this listing could be helpful. Consider adding a few more to highlight the potential use, and packaging of this lovely product. Packaging shot is a must as it is a great gift item!
Thanks again for participating today. I hope this helps!

Hi Priya,
Thanks for submitting your listing!
Here are a few suggestions that can help you in making your listing stronger:
The first that pops to me after seeing your listing is the title. I see that you have included a lot of phrases in your titles which contain important keywords related to your product. However, it’ll be great if you can trim your title to just 3-4 phrases so that it doesn't look too crowded. You can use the remaining keywords in your tags. You can perhaps trim it down to just Golden twist hoops, Wide hoop earrings for women, Thick gold circle latina earrings.
When reviewing your listing, I noticed that the 3rd image featured a watermark. I would recommend letting your awesome product shine through, and leaving the text for the product description. Photos with watermarks or copy overlaid make it challenging to promote more broadly.
One thing I noticed is that your 6th photo is a little blurry. Make sure that you focus more on the product than on its background while clicking photographs. You might be able to attract more buyers with a shot that really showcases the craftsmanship of your item.
I hope this helps!
Warm wishes

Photos: I’d suggest using all available photo slots for the listing (right now you have 6 and you actually get up to 10). If you need more ideas on what other types of photos to take, consider having the artwork displayed in a cafe or a kitchen. Also, adding a packaging shot would be great as this item makes for a perfect gift! I would also suggest adding a process shot - I can imagine a potential Buyer enjoying seeing a behind the scenes photo of how they are made.

Hello there!
Hope you are doing well! Thank you for participating - love the notebook in your listing (I am a huge stationery hoarder myself!)
I would like to make a few suggestions around tags - think of tags as keywords that buyers will input into the search bar on Etsy to find your items. Make sure you use all available tags with diverse terms so that you get as many opportunities as possible to get your items in front of buyers in search. You can try adding something like “handmade paper diary” or “wood travel journal” or “gift for illustrator” or “green notebook” or even “gift for craft lover” instead of “green or orange” “office” since these suggested tags are a bit more relevant to the listing itself.
Next would be around the title - since the title of a listing is important for search relevance and is usually the first thing shoppers tend to see, I would suggest reformatting the title to include key descriptions of the item that shoppers would be searching for such as including the size of the notebook. Also, I’d suggest separating out phrases of your title with commas rather than other characters such hyphens. For example, your title could be: “Wooden travel journal, Handmade Paper A5 diary, Teak Wood Notebook, Handblock Printed Notebook”.
Lastly, I’d also suggest using all available photo slots for the listing (right now you have 8 and you actually get up to 10). If you need more ideas on what other types of photos to take, consider having a photo of how the notebook looks from inside and a packaging shot - since it makes for the perfect gift for stationery lovers!

You have so many amazing things going on in your shop and listing. Congratulations on all your five star reviews and the pictures that accompany the reviews. You can tell your buyers are very proud of their purchases.
I would suggest you add “about your shop” information since it really helps a shopper in understanding your making process, and it reminds them that real humans are on the other side of this listing making it!
Coming to the listing, my biggest advice would be around the following things:
Photos: Using all available photo slots for the listing (right now you have 1 and you actually get up to 10). This can help shoppers get a better feel for your items since they can't pick up and hold them before they purchase. If you need more ideas on what other types of photos to take, consider having the painting displayed on a drawing room wall! Here is a Seller Handbook article for inspiration: https://www.etsy.com/seller-handbook/article/7-essential-types-of-product-photos/22504064051
Title: I would recommend including only 3-4 relevant phrases here that buyers might be searching for on Etsy. “Horse Painting” is a great start, and you could expand this to include the word “Watercolour” or mention other aspects. You could also add “Original Wildlife Artwork”.
Tags: One other recommendation is to be more specific with tags. For example, I see you have a few tags using the word “russian or Equestrian” which a buyer might not search for - when crafting your titles and tags it’s important to think about how your buyers are searching for your items. We find that using tags with multiple words or phrases that are as specific as possible work the best for matching your listing with the perfect buyer. You can try adding something like “Housewarming gift” or “horse wall decor” or even “Canvas Art” since these suggested tags are a bit more relevant to the listing itself.
