Hello Shamoni, hope you are doing well!

My name is Shweta and I work with the Community team at Etsy India.I love your digital cards especially because this is the season for virtual greetings! I am really excited to review your listing!

First of all, I would recommend including 3-4 relevant phrases in the title that the buyers might be searching for on Etsy. For eg: “Diwali digital greeting card, Instant download of diwali greeting Printable card and envelope set” etc.

You’re making great use of the tags. They are descriptive and accurately describe your listing.

The photos are clear and bright, though I would suggest you add a few more shots from different angles. You can add up to 10 shots!

Here is seller handbook article that’ll help you understand better: https://www.etsy.com/uk/seller-handbook/article/7-essential-types-of-product-photos/22504064051

Additionally, there is a new option of adding a listing video now - which helps shoppers gain a clear picture of your product!

(Click Add a video if you’d like to add a short video showcasing additional details about your listing. Click Choose to upload your video. Your video may be 5–15 seconds long and will not contain any audio once uploaded to your listing. Ideal resolution for your video is at least 1080px. You can only add one video per listing)

With the Christmas period approaching, and most shopping happening online, more shoppers from the US and UK will be looking for your help to make the season feel special. Check out some Holiday Trends for 2020 here - Marketplace Insights: 2020 Christmas Trends

Hi Hamza,

I have had a chance to review your listing and before I share my suggestions for your listings, I must say that you’ve made a very unique lamp. It looks well crafted and one of a kind.

My first suggestion would be around photographs. Whenever you add a listing on Etsy, consider adding a minimum of 5 different angles. You have added 4 as of now and you can add up to 10. The more images you add, the more your buyers can visualise the product.

To establish this connection, I would suggest including lifestyle, process and packaging shots. For example, you can show the product being used on a study desk or as a home decor, to let your buyer visualise what the product will look like when being used. A packaging shot will allow your buyers to see what the product will look like when it reaches them. For product photography ideas and inspirations, you can refer to the article given below: https://www.etsy.com/in-en/seller-handbook/article/7-essential-types-of-product-photos/22504064051

Videos provide a lot more information about the product that the shopper’s can’t get from photos. A listing video may also influence their decision to purchase an item. Make sure you capture details that you’re not able to capture with your photos: angles, color or shine, movement, texture, size, item in use, variations, and even the unique process of making your item. Let your craft shine!

Coming on to the title, I see that you have used one phrase as your title. We suggest you use 3-4 relevant phrases as your title. This will allow you to use more descriptive words as well. Perhaps, your title can look like this: “Robotic design lamp, one of a kind interior lamp, Metal handmade lamp”. Any other word or phrase that you think may describe your product better can also be used!

It looks like you’re using tags for your listing (which is important!). Make sure you use all available tags with diverse terms so that you get as many opportunities as possible to get your items in front of buyers in search. It looks like as of now you’ve used 7 tags and you actually use up to 13

Multi word or multi phrase tags tend to work better on Etsy rather than single word tags. Instead of copper, you can use tags such as : copper lamp, study desk lamp, interior lamp etc

When writing your description, make sure to include all details about the product, like, size, theme, style, purpose etc. The more details you mention, the better the buyer can understand the product. Here is an article from Etsy’s seller guide booklet, that can help you in writing enticing descriptions: 5 Tips for Writing Stellar Product Descriptions

Hey, would love for you to check out my latest listing for review:-

Hi Aalia!

Super happy to see you here in the forums! I want to say your bookmarks are really cute and are undoubtedly useful! Just love them!

Below are the suggestions I have for you that can improve your listing even further:

  • It’s really good to see that you have already added a listing video along with the multiple angle and close up shots! Just imagine the excitement in the eyes of your buyer when they will receive this dainty bookmark or the amount of hard work you have put whilst creating it. So I would recommend you to add packaging or process pictures to let your awesome product shine through.
  • Talking about your product title, I would suggest you include key descriptive words in the beginning of the title as buyers have a tendency to click on an item before reading the entire title. Also, use 3-4 relevant phrases (separated using commas) that will help in getting your product found. For instance, “Handmade wire bookmarks, Heart shaped book organisers, Copper wire spiral paper clips - Set of 4”.

Also, avoid using words like discounted rates on larger quantities in your title.

  • Think of tags as keywords that buyers will input into the search bar on Etsy to find your items. You can try adding something like “wire paper clips, book accessories, book stationery, planner clip, bookmarks set”. If you need inspiration for coming up with more tags, use the Etsy search bar. As you type in a search, a dropdown list will appear with suggestions of the most searched phrases using the words you entered. If you see any that are relevant to your items, try adding them as tags.
  • Since the festive season is just around the corner, I would suggest you to add seasonal/holiday twist to your keywords or even packaging. Refer to the article below for learning marketing strategies that can appeal potential customers: https://www.etsy.com/in-en/seller-handbook/article/holiday-marketing-tips-for-etsy-sellers/228154387...

Hi Mrudula, hope you are doing great!

I am Shweta from the community team at Etsy India. I love this personalized nameplate quilling artwork in your listing! It’s super colorful! I am really excited to review this product. There are few suggestions that I would like to give you:

  • Title: You might try reformatting your title to ensure it’s really attracting the buyers. I would suggest you to use 3-4 phrases titles (long key tail words). For eg: Customized quilled nameplate, handmade quilling artwork, heart shaped artwork for couples, Personalized wall art - makes for a good title!
  •  Tags: I like the tags that you are using! They are descriptive and telling more about the products. Hence, I can suggest you to write the purpose and usage of the product. I would always suggest you put yourself in the buyer shoes while you are putting your tags and title. For eg: wedding gift, gift for couple, colorful artwork, quilled artwork, personalized decor etc. For brainstorming ideas on titles and tags, check out this article: Keywords 101: Everything You Need to Know
  • In the listing photos, there is a new option of adding a listing video now - which helps shoppers gain a clear picture of your product! (Click Add a video if you’d like to add a short video showcasing additional details about your listing. Click Choose to upload your video. Your video may be 5–15 seconds long and will not contain any audio once uploaded to your listing. Ideal resolution for your video is at least 1080px. You can only add one video per listing.

Hello Divya!

The statement sarees are an elixir of timeless designs and can make any women shine with every move!

I think with a few minor tweaks your listing can have even greater conversion results.

Title: Currently, your listing title doesn’t highlight the search terms that are on the top of mind when looking for this type of item. I would recommend using 3-4 phrases (separated using commas) that are the most likely things shoppers are looking for. For example, “Blue ombre cotton silk saree, Designer statement saree for women, Indian summer sarees”.

Photos: I absolutely loved your lifestyle shots - so amazing! Etsy customers just love to see photos that show the making and packaging processes. It helps them to connect with you and better visualize what they will be receiving.

Tags: Using strong keywords in your listing creates an opportunity for your items to be shown in search results. Each tag you add is a chance to match with a shopper’s search, so it's really important to show some variety here. For example, terms like “Office wear, daily wear saree, lightweight saree, traditional wear, bridesmaid saree” can be considered.

Lastly, with the holiday/festive season approaching, it’s time to add some seasonal shine to your Etsy shop and embrace even more opportunities for one of a kind connections with customers. You check out the article given using the link below for more help on holiday marketing tips: https://www.etsy.com/in-en/seller-handbook/article/holiday-marketing-tips-for-etsy-sellers/228154387...

Hi Nupur!

Great to see you here in the forums! You’ve made a beautiful set of traditional Indian jewellery. It will look perfect with all the Indian outfits!

I must say, it’s a strong listing to begin with. I have a couple of suggestions that can help you make this listing even stronger and ready for the holiday season

While it’s great that you have added 10 different angles of the listing, which appear to be very clear and crisp. You can also consider adding a listing video. A listing video helps shoppers gain a clearer picture of your product!

I see that you offer this product in 2 colors, gold and silver. If you offer different options for an item within the same listing, you can add those options as variations. You can even link photos to the variation. This makes the shopper’s buying experience more smooth. Here is a helpful article that can guide you on how to create a listing variation:

https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015664047-How-to-Add-Variations-for-Your-Listings?segment...

Lastly, while you have written a great description, that provides a lot of details about the product, I was wondering if you could add any special care/ precaution that needs to be taken while wearing this jewellery or tips on how the product can last longer. For example: if this jewellery needs to be kept away from water or perfume.

Hi Shelly, hope you are doing great!

So happy to see you here in the forums! I really loved these silver toned earrings. They look very chic yet classic!

You have done a lot of great things and your shop looks really strong to me!

However, there are few things which I would like to suggest which may increase the visibility of your shop. First thing that jumps into my mind is your title. This is the first thing that buyers see and it’s one of the best opportunities to make sure the right shoppers see your listing. I would suggest you utilize 3-4 phrases titles which could match what your buyer thinks. For example: “Silver Oxidised Earring, Two toned chic danglers, Indian Jhumka Chandelier Jewelry”

Second thing which comes to mind is your photography. I would recommend you to put more photos! We offer ten photo slots, and recommend our sellers add as many images as possible. This is because those extra images can help to convince on the fence buyers to make the purchase. Here is a help article on Photography of Jewellery: https://www.etsy.com/uk/seller-handbook/article/case-study-how-to-photograph-jewellery/150875867017

Additionally, there is a new option of adding a listing video now - which helps shoppers gain a clear picture of your product!  (Click Add a video if you’d like to add a short video showcasing additional details about your listing. Hi Pramita!

I absolutely love how unique this rustic journal is and I feel it makes the perfect writing companion for journal lovers.

Looking at your listing, I am seeing a few things that could be improved to reach some great buyers:

  • Starting with your listing title, I noticed that you are using slashes and colons. Our buyer research shows that using commas helps titles appear more clean and readable. Also, I would suggest you include key descriptive words in the beginning of the title and limit yourself to 4 phrases. “Botanical theme journals, Rustic writing dairy, Garden travelling notebook, Book lovers gift”. Anything else relevant can come up in tags.
  • The next thing I want to shed my light on is listing images. Though you have already added multiple angles, close up and lifestyle shots (great job here), people on Etsy love to see packaging pictures especially popular around the holidays - to see how they will receive it. I would also suggest adding a process shot to your photos - show the buyer what it looks like while you’re in the process of crafting your items.
  • Adding to the listing images, you can also add a listing video to increase transparency that boosts buyer confidence and conveys valuable information that they can’t get from photos alone. For more information, check out the link given below: https://www.etsy.com/in-en/seller-handbook/article/3-types-of-listing-videos-that-online/82106953000...
  • You’re doing a great job with your tags - they’re descriptive and accurate to your diary. If you need inspiration for brainstorming new keywords to help sway any on the fence side, read the article below: https://www.etsy.com/seller-handbook/article/keywords-101-everything-you-need-to-know/382774281517

Hi Nirali!

Hope you are doing well

I must say it’s a beautiful bird illustration. You’ve given a lot of attention to details, it makes for a perfect home decor.

I have a few suggestions that can help you make this listing even stronger! Although, to begin with, it’s a strong listing already - you’ve done a great job!

I like how you have added so many different angles of the product. Listing photos communicate important information and details about your product and helps shoppers imagine the product in their lives.

To establish and strengthen this connection, I would suggest including lifestyle, process and packaging shots. For example, you can show the product hung on a door or a wall, to let your buyer visualise what the product will look like when being used. A packaging shot will allow your buyers to see what the product will look like when it reaches them. While it's great that you have added 7 different angles, you can add up to 10 images. The more photos you will add, the more your buyers can see the product. For product photography ideas and inspirations, you can refer to the article given below: 7 Essential Types of Product Photos

I also see that there is a text/watermark on your listing photos. Try and avoid using these, any text that you feel may be important can go down in the description, let your beautiful illustrations shine through in the photos.

If you are using the text/watermark in your images to protect your listings, you can consider doing so using different ways as well, that don't require you to use text/watermarks on your images. Here is an article that can guide you on the same:

https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/874289509/go-green-ayurvedic-neem-soap-acne

Hello Keerthi!

Thanks for submitting this listing! This handmade soap is just the best choice when it comes to cleansing skin!

It seems like you are already following some of the best practices with listing images, listing video and appropriate product description in place. However, I feel there are a few tweaks that can help you in better conversion:

First off, I would like to talk about your product photography. I love the variety of photos you’re using in your listing! To take you to the next level, I would recommend you add a photo of you in the process of making this soap or of a recipient opening the packed soap that would help bring the listing to life.

Secondly, I would like to break a code for listing titles. A good rule of thumb when crafting your titles is to think about how your buyers are searching for your items and limiting yourself to 4 phrases. How about “Ayurvedic neem soap for men, Natural eczema skin treatment, Organic coconut oil face soap, Everyday skin friendly soap bar”? Anything else which feels relevant can come up in listing tags.

I also happen to notice that you are using certain words like “tween girl gifts, from mother, go green, for men in the Uk” in tags. The keywords you use in your tags and titles work together to match your listings with shoppers’ searches. When there’s a match to a search query, your items have the potential to appear in the search results. You can consider adding terms like “coconut oil soap, natural skin care, soap bars for men, acne cleansing soap, round soap bars, essential oils soap” as these seem to be more relevant to the listing.

Last but not the least, I would like you to show off everything your shop has to offer with seasonal strategies that are appealing to shoppers, especially when the festive season is in no time. Hi Sweta, hope you are doing well!

Super happy to see you here in the forums! I really like this beige hand embroidered shawl. It is really intricate in design and chic!

There are few things that I would like to suggest for your listing to be ready for success:

  1. Tags:  When crafting your titles and tags it’s important to think about how your buyers are searching for your items. I would suggest you to avoid using one word tags and start using long phrases tags. Some of the examples that I would like to give are “handmade stole, offwhite wrap, gif for her, pashmina shawl, beige shawl, winter wear, woollen apparel, christmas gift, diwali gift” etc.
  2. Photos: Your listing photos are clearly showing the details of your product which is really great. I’d suggest adding some variations (take advantage of all 10 photos!). Here is a seller handbook article on photography to help you understand better: https://www.etsy.com/uk/seller-handbook/article/7-essential-types-of-product-photos/225040640

Hello Deepika!

I’m Shweta and I work in the Community team here at Etsy, India!

I must say your shop is aesthetically pleasing and super colorful! Congratulations on your all 5 star reviews!

Here are a few suggestions that can help you make your listing even stronger for success:

  1. I see you have added different styling shots along with the detailed shot. Great work! You can consider adding scale or variation shots if it’s available in different sizes.
  2. The next thing which can help you is listing video as it helps visualise your product better.
  3. Another important aspect in a listing is its title. I noticed that you are using 8 phrases and repeating some words. How about trimming your title a bit (3-4 phrases) and may be merging some of the phrases? Something like “Printable moon photography, Digital sky wall decor, Star and moon bedroom wall hanging, Downloadable galaxy art print”.
  4. You’re doing a great job with your tags - they’re descriptive and accurate to your item. However, one small suggestion to keep in mind would be to make use of seasonal words like “birthday gift, housewarming gift, christmas gift” to reach new customers looking for holiday gifts. Hi Joyeeta,

Hope you are doing well!

I’m Shweta and I work in the Community team here at Etsy India!

The floral watercolour painting in your listing looks beautiful. It makes for a perfect home decor!

I have curated a few suggestions after having a look at your listing. Firstly, I’ll talk about photography. I think you have done a great job by adding 4 angles of the product to your listing. However, we suggest that you try and add a minimum of 5 different angles, you can add up to 10. The more you let your buyers see the product, the more they can visualise it.

You can add a scaling shot, that can help you visually communicate to the buyer the dimensions of the painting. Other than that, a packaging shot can be helpful as well in allowing the buyers to see what the product looks like when it reaches them. You can even add a shot where you can show how the product looks like when it's being used. For example, you can hang this painting in a living room or a bedroom, this will allow your shoppers to visualise the product being used in their daily lives.

You can have a look at this article by Etsy, that suggests some ideas on how to photograph your products:

https://www.etsy.com/uk/seller-handbook/article/7-essential-types-of-product-photos/22504064051

I like how you have tried to use as many keywords in your title as possible and you’ve used 3-4 phrases in your title. However, I was wondering if you could use some more descriptive words relevant to your product in your title instead of your name. Your name is already reflected in your Etsy shop.

Maybe, your title can look like this: “ Red Roses watercolor painting, Floral home decor, handmade flowers artwork”. This was just an example of how your title can look, you can choose whatever words or phrases that you think describe your product the best!

It looks like you’re using 13 tags for your listing (which is important!). Make sure you use all available tags with diverse terms so that you get as many opportunities as possible to get your items in front of buyers in search.

Try and avoid using single word tags. Multi word or multi phrase tags work better on Etsy. For example, your tags can be “red rose painting,  floral painting, wall hanging, housewarming gift, rose floral art” etc

If you need inspiration for coming up with more tags, use the Etsy search bar. As you type in a search, a dropdown list will appear with suggestions of the most searched phrases using the words you entered. If you see any that are relevant to your items, try adding them as tags.

Hi, please give critiques for this listing

Hi Sakshi, hope you are doing fine!

My name is Shweta and I am from the community team at Etsy India. I really loved this beautiful handloom saree. The intricate thread work and classy look makes it more beautiful. I am really excited to review this product!

First of all, I would like to talk about the title. I would recommend you to include 3-4 relevant phrases, separated by commas. Think about what your buyer is inputting into the search bar when choosing these phrases. For example- “pure handloom khadi saree, handmade white and red saree, begumpuri ethnic wear” etc.

Second thing which jumps into my mind is photography. Your photos are really gorgeous but I would suggest you use more variations. I would recommend utilising all the 10 different angles for the photography.

Here is a seller handbook article to help you understand different types of shots: https://www.etsy.com/uk/seller-handbook/article/7-essential-types-of-product-photos/22504064051

When reviewing your listing, I noticed that there were photos that featured a watermark or text overlaid. I would recommend letting your awesome product shine through, and leaving the text for the product description. Photos with watermarks or copy overlaid make it challenging to promote more broadly.

I would also recommend you add a banner image for your shop. Apart from that, please add shop and shipping policy so that buyers have broad knowledge about when they will get their products.

Hello Mou! Thanks for participating in the listing critique!

After looking at your listing, I felt that one of the key aspects you could look into is keywords (by keywords - I mean title and tags). Keywords are very important in terms of visibility in searches and updating yours may take one step ahead.

Since the title of a listing is important for search relevance, I would suggest reformatting it to include key descriptions of the item that shoppers would be searching for on Etsy and limiting yourself to 4 phrases (separated using commas). For example, “Indigo blue t - shirt, Summer cotton tee for women, Tie dye casual wear” can be considered.

For listing tags, I would recommend removing incomplete/non relevant words such as “T shirts, lace pattern or intricate”. Instead phrases like “lace pattern tee, round neck tees, half sleeve shirt, daily wear t shirt” can be added to find the right buyer on the busy search engine. Additionally, seasonal twists such as “birthday gift, daughters day gift, christmas gift” can be considered in titles and tags to be successful this holiday season.

Coming to photography, you currently have only 2 images but can actually add up to 10! Customers love to see photos that show the making, multiple angles and packaging process. I would suggest you to have lifestyle shots on a human model to help buyers better visualise this t-shirt day in day out. For inspiration on the different styles of photography, please refer to the link attached herewith: 7 Essential Types of Product Photos

In addition to the photos, there is another option of adding a listing video which helps shoppers gain a clear picture of your product!

Don’t forget to fill out the about section of your shop and share more about your design and manufacturing process.

Hi Alifiya,

So good to see you here in the forums!

I love how beautiful you make these masks look! I see bright colours and stunning embroidery on them!

Before I share my suggestions with you, I must say that a lot of things look well in place already. It’s a strong listing to begin with!

Here are a few suggestions that can help you in making this listing even stronger:

  1. Photos: I see you have added 7 different photos - which is great, however, you can add as many as 10 photos per listing. I was wondering if you could add a packaging shot, that will allow your buyers to see what the product looks like when it reaches them. You could also add a process shot, let your buyers see all the effort that goes behind making these beautiful masks. You can have a look at this article by Etsy, that suggests some ideas to photograph your products: 7 Essential Types of Product Photos
  2. Listing Videos: there is a new option of adding a listing video now - which helps shoppers    gain a clear picture of your product!  (Click Add a video if you’d like to add a short video showcasing additional details about your listing. Click Choose to upload your video. Your video may be 5–15 seconds long and will not contain any audio once uploaded to your listing. Ideal resolution for your video is at least 1080px. You can only add one video per listing).
  4. Title: While the title that you have written is appropriate, we usually suggest that you keep your title between 3-4 relevant phrases only. Perhaps, your title can look like this: “Embroidered Silk Face Mask,4 Layers with Filter Pocket,Designer Face Mask,Personalised Name Face Mask”- This was just an example of how your title can look, you can choose whatever words or phrases that you think describe your product the best!

Rest, everything else looks good to me!

Hi,

I would like your reviews on the christmas card listing.

https://www.etsy.com/listing/860515108/christmas-cards-set-christmas-greeting?ref=shop_home_active_1...

Hello Diksha!

Thanks for sharing this listing! The jingle bells illustration is perfect for the upcoming christmas season and I just loved the colourful detailing!

There is not much to say about this listing as you have already optimized it with best practices such as multiple angle images (not to forget white crisp background), free shipping, enticing description and 13 tags - kudos! However, I have a few final touches that can make a world of difference:

  1. It’s really good to see that you have added a variety of photo styles like process, close up and multiple angle views. Consider adding more styles like a lifestyle shot to show what the card could look like on a desk or in a room setting with a gift! You could also consider adding a scaling shot that demonstrates your card’s size by placing it on someone’s hands or besides a ruler.
  2. Our research shows that adding a product video to a listing can provide increased transparency that boosts buyer confidence and conveys valuable information that they can’t get from photos alone. Check out the article using the link given below to seek inspiration on the type of product video :https://www.etsy.com/in-en/seller-handbook/article/3-types-of-listing-videos-that-online/82106953000...
  3. My other piece of advice for you would be to think of diverse keywords which your buyers would be searching for and include the most relevant phrases in the beginning of the title. “Christmas cards set” is a great start! How about expanding it to something like “Jingle bell paper cards, Christmas holiday greeting cards pack?”
  4. Since these greeting cards make an ideal decor/gifting option for the upcoming Christmas season, it’s really important to add seasonally relevant phrases for shoppers looking for gifts like “christmas gift, holiday card, merry christmas card”. For help on how to add a festive feeling to your shop, I would suggest you go through the article given below: https://www.etsy.com/in-en/seller-handbook/article/how-to-make-your-items-more-giftable-for/49138531...

Hi Alok,

Hope you are doing well! I am Shweta and I work in the Community team here at Etsy India!

I love how this leather bag looks so classy and can be used for several purposes.

It looks like you are using some of the best practices already for your listing and your listing is quite strong. However, I have a few suggestions that can help you in making this listing stronger for the upcoming holiday season and festivities!

Firstly, I’ll talk about the photographs. I think you have done a great job by adding 10 angles of the product to your listing. The more images you add, the more you are letting your buyers visualise the product. Also, you can show what the product looks like when it’s being used, maybe you can add a shot of the product modelled on someone or you can even put a few things inside the bag to let your buyers understand how spacious the bag is!

Etsy has recently launched a new feature that allows you to add a listing video- which helps shoppers gain a clear picture of your product!

You have written a very detailed description- which is great! You could also add tips on how the product can last longer or any special care/ precaution that needs to be taken when using this product

Also, I would recommend you read this article: Updates to Listing Categories and Attributes on Etsy

Dear Etsy team, Request you to kindly consider this listing also for the feedback. Apologies for the slight delay https://www.etsy.com/listing/860575686/indian-tribal-wall-painting-infused-with

Hi Sreeram, hope you are doing well!

My name is Shweta and I work in the Community team here at Etsy India. Let me take a moment and appreciate this beautiful painting which is really depicting the true essence of Indian tribal art.

There are few suggestions that I would like to give you for your shop to be ready for success:

  1. Title: We generally recommend including 3-4 relevant phrases, separated by commas. Think about what your buyer is inputting into the search bar when choosing these phrases. For example: “Indian Tribal Painting, Intricate Metal Artwork, Dhokra Traditional Wall Art”
  2. Tags: As of now, you are using 10 tags, I suggest you add 3 more and utilize all 13 tags available. More keywords means more chances of being discovered. I’d suggest you to use holiday tags and keep on changing tags according to the occasion/season. For eg: christmas gift, Diwali gift, wall decor, wall art, wall hanging, Indian artwork, tribal artwork, housewarming gift, etc. Here is an article to help you understand the essence of Keywords: Keywords 101: Everything You Need to Know
  3. Photos: I’d also suggest using all available photo slots for the listing (right now you have 3 and you actually get up to 10). This can help shoppers get a better feel for your items since they can't pick up and hold them before they purchase.
  4. Listing Video: I recommend you upload videos to the listings that get the most traffic. Try to work your way up to 10 videos, and once you have a sense of what types of videos are performing well, you can add videos to even more listings.
  5. About Section: I would recommend you add about your shop information in “about section” since it really helps the buyers understand your making process, and it reminds them that real humans are on the other side of this listing making it!
