Because I seem to have an endless list of questions about etsy, and I'm sure others do too.

To start with:

Is there a way to turn off the 20 cent automatic renewal every time an item is purchased in my shop?

Just put that you have only 1 available. Even if you have more than one, this will keep the item from being automatically renewed.
