Does anyone encounter problem of INFRINGEMENT with LEGO on ETSY recently?

Could you explain your experience and what you did and think to do?

Have you been able to "solve" your problem with the LEGO brand brandprotection@mm.lego.com or with anyone else?

I want to gather all your testimonies and see how we can help each other...

I removed the ® icon after LEGO and haven't had any emails since. I've also added a disclaimer to my profile and each item available for sale.

Hello!
I had, and i did not get a clear answer from the LEGO brand, so i went by not using the lego word at all, as according to their fair play link it is not allowed to use it for commercial reasons..
Also i checked on etsy rules and noticed that if you get repeated infrigment notices they can close your shop without notice.
I lost my number one keyword but i can't take that risk..

Did you recreate the listing that was taken down? Or did you work with LEGO to resolve the issue?

I have been hit with several takedowns. None of the items (shirt designs featuring minifigure mockups for non-available brands) featured the logo.

I have responded to the email as instructed and received daemon mailer errors. The firm who is placing these strikes is deceptive and operating in bad faith as I can tell.
