I am currently using the free version of weebly.com but plan to upgrade in the future. I use the ecwid.com cart (not the built in weebly cart) for my e-commerce and it is also free (for up to 100 items). And, the ecwid cart allows for digital downloads.

And, I love the look of sites :)

Thanks for the invite! I just registered my domain last night so it's parked currently, but once www.solskendesign.com feels like a less daunting project, I'll get it up and running. I'm here to learn from you guys what to do with a domain and how to give it life. Excited to be here!

I use opencart (which is free) and have built it pretty much myself. I am not a web programmer, but I am tech brave. (As opposed to tech savvy!)

I am learning as I go, and Opencart has a great user community that answer all my beginner questions.

I won't say that Pagebuzz is real easy to use but it is not difficult. The nice thing about Pagebuzz is that if you have a question or if you need help you can either call Pabebuzz or email them for assistance.

Pagebuzz customer service is terrific. They are available 365 days a year from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. EST by both email and phone.

I have called Pagebuzz probably about 7 to 10 times over the past 3 years for assistance. I called Pagebuzz a couple of days ago for assistance. My conversations usually last about 3 to 5 minutes, problem solved.

When I create websites which are not hosted on Pagebuzz I have to normally pull out several HTML books in order to find a solution to my problem and that takes a lot more time.

Another nice thing about Pagebuzz is that I have a locked in rate for as long as I stay with Pagebuzz.

When you use Pagebuzz to create a website you should lay out everything in plain text first similar to posting in these forums. Once you have your text all in place then you can add images and style the page with different font size and font colors to get your page the way that you want it to look. To place text on your web pages you just type what you want to have for your content. No need to know any HTML.

Pagebuzz allows you to try creating a sample web page on their website for free just like you would if you where paying for their web hosting. They also have instructional videos which I believe you can watch for free.
