How to get more sales ??

Interested in learning how to get more sales and traffic to my shop !! Please do tell thanks :)

Adriana, your shop is very cute, looks great to me. I do not know how to get more sales I have wondered that myself. Your items look as good as others to me. Some told me to join a team so that is what I have done, others say try to list items often even daily. But I can't get things made that quick as I try to make my items best I can. I hope you do well this year! If you find out any tips, please let me know. I have seen some books for sale here on Etsy to tell us how to sell better. I am thinking of being one. Same here !! I try and try to list as many as I can and yes I notice that when I go list the shop views go up but like you said Time is the issue!!
I learned that the photos have to be great as well so I became a photgrapher in some sense !! my hubby laughs at me because I try to shoot the puics in natural light all of the house !! but whatever works I guess !! Your work and photos are great as well !! I hope we do well this year !!
I will keep you posted hopefully some memebers will let us know too..

Oh and please let me know if the books are any good !!

Read the Quit Your Day Job posts. They are my favorite thing to read on here because they interview successful etsy shop owner. They always offer tips that helped them make it here. I try and pick and choose ones that will fit for my shop. The hardest part is following an idea long enough to see results.

what has helped me the most is..having a product that no one makes...then promote, promote, promote and when your done with that..promote more! (never ending sometimes, i swear)...also, market to the correct buyer demographic.

oh gosh...i am starting to loose track of all the places i try to promote at! :\

etsy is #1 (only showcases..every once in awhile :\ i dont trust the search ads)

most of my traffic comes from etsy and my search tags.

i set up my descriptions specifically for google to pick me up and it worked. i get lots of hits from google now.

and i just joined an insane amount of teams..and trying to post on those as mush as possible. will always be someone new out there that hasnt seen my shop yet. ;)

and that is all i can think of here and now. :D

HI! I've run ads on Etsy and boosted views tremendously and gotten some favorites out of it, but no sales. How to close that gap? I would love anyone to open my shop and give creative criticism, nicely (I know, no one here is mean). That would be helpful. Anything from the selection of products to the photos to the shop sections, etc. I hear for a shop to be successful it needs to be cohesive, so I'm working on that. :)
