VIP- question about how to cancel in future

I am seriously considering doing VIP but I have had some difficultly getting my question answered about how to cancel the month subscription if down the road I do not want to continue.
Does anybody else have a clear answer? Has anybody tried to cancel theirs?

I am always very leery of automatic fees taken out of my account each month. I have had trouble with canceling these on other websites and have found it to be very time consuming.

I just bought a VIP membership myself a few minutes ago. They definitely got me by showing me the deals that are happening tomorrow. There is one I want today and another one tomorrow, so it just made sense since each one comes with an extra $5 credit for VIPs.

You cancel the autobilling by shutting it off on your paypal account, so I think it is very easy. Once you buy the VIP, you will get another option in your clickable sections on the right. It seems very straightforward and I like that it's not actually handled through Heartsy- no one to try and talk you out of it!

I am paying with PalPal and to cancel is very easy- you just go into your Recurring Payments and then click on your Heartsy payment and hit cancel.

No problem! It was the ability to purchase before the deal was available that got me.

I'm actually thinking that from a buyer perspective, Heartsy may be a bad, bad thing for me! I've ordered from 4 different shops in the last week! This can't continue...:)

teehee Sugar I hear ya- but for me I tend to buy my holiday gifts in the summer here on Etsy anyway so now I will just start earlier then normal :)

Sugar, I emailed Heartsy with your very question before I became a VIP and they told me that you can cancel anytime by contacting them. I have found them to be very helpful -- there was one deal I bought that I later regretted and I asked to return it. (The voucher was unused, of course!) They refunded the money right away.

I agree, it's dangerous for buyers -- I'm becoming a bit of a heartsy addict!

How much is the VIP a month?

It's $7.99 a month- you can cancel at any time. It made sense for me to just get it because the two shops I wanted to buy from each offered $5 more credit for VIP members.
