How long to get contact from Heartsy?

I closed with 410 votes, and about 33% of VIP vs. 18% for the 'actual offers'. So that seems like good stats to me!

I got the email that says it could be 10 days, but I see stores I voted for while mine was running already have deals up. How long did most people have to wait?

It has been 18 days since my submit and I am on step 4 of the 5 yet I haven't heard anything so far. I've been on step 4 for about 4 days now. I sent a message asking if I might have missed the negotiation Email but they say they haven't yet got around to me.

So I'd say don't worry. I think things might just be a little slow right now.

I am on step 4, next step is supposed to agreeing on a date. It has been 2 weeks waiting to agree on a date. I hope they don't spring it on me.. oh you are tomorrow or something. I would like a little notice too on the other side of things.

It's been 2 weeks since we agreed on pricing... about 3 weeks since I submitted the deal.

it can take forever. took 42 days for my last deal. you can never tell.

On the upside of waiting longer, it is very slow these two weeks of July and the 1st couple of weeks in August too!

I'm like you Champagne... I don't want to do a deal until August I think, but I'm so anxious to know IF I get to do one or not. It does change my dynamic of work and w/ small kids I can only devote so much time to the preparation. My last deal it only took a few days after voting ended to hear back. It is a fickle beast.

OMG!! 410 votes!? I was so excited to reach 60 in less than 2 days. Guess I can't feel overly confident about offering my 1st deal !

I am hoping they let me 'pick' my time frame. I have to schedule commercial kitchen time, so I need some structure.

Mich - don't be shocked by my numbers. I think the fact that I am an edible store made them jump up. You see a TON of Jewelry and a lot of bath stuff. The chocolate likely stood out.

Your stuff is awesome btw. If you have a chocoholic attack and want to trade for your aquarium mosiac, let me know! (I mean, you need 14 lbs of chocolate caramel, right???)

Don't worry champagnechocolate :) They will get back to you soon I'm sure. They do let you pick your timeframe somewhat, in my experience at least (I asked for Saturdays and got them both times). I wish you good luck!

Amazing stats...my stupid question of the day, how does shipping work with the chocolate in July? A burning question I've often had, I read a very bad story where wax crayons didn't do so well in shipping...just curious;-)

After three days of voting, I got an email saying we are reviewing the submission. I was contacted in the next 15 days or so. But I wanted to wait a bit longer for my feature as I was going to be on a vacation for some days. They agreed without any issues.

As they say, they are a backlogged! And I think the wait times will be longer. But sometimes weird things happen too! For example, I voted for a shop and the next day, it was featured! May be it was their second submission (hope so!)

Studio 66 - I am planning ahead. I don't want to run my special until mid-September.

Summer shipping is hit and miss. I stopped renewing my items after my first meltdown. I also offered the buyer on that one a store credit for full amount to be use din cooler weather. Last summer I had only one melt down (and offered same credit) but this year my melt down came in May!

The weather has been so fluky this year that it could change by the time the package got there!

No contact from Heartsy. I guess they had second thoughts or change of heart ( no pun intended). However, an email would have been appreciated.
