Getting Paid by Heartsy

So, it says in their policies that at the end of each night they transfer the balance into your Paypal account. This did not happen for me last night. I put an email in to them, but I know they're on the west coast, so I haven't gotten a response.

For those of you that have done a deal, how did it go getting paid by Heartsy? They make a big deal in their policies priding themselves on paying daily so that we're not shipping out orders without getting paid, but I've gotten nothing and that's quite a few hundred dollars I'm waiting for...

I did the transfer myself with both my deals. but I don't know what the set up is right now.

Got it!!!! They need to change the way they have the policy written. Now, if you scroll down to the bottom of your deal page, there is a single line that basically says 'click here to transfer your balance'. The policy definitely doesn't say you have to do it yourself. Boy oh boy, they really do need to get it together in some areas. lol!
