Has anyone else had an impossible time getting ahold of Quite Unique?

I submitted my shop about a month and a half ago, and then about two weeks ago I sent them an email asking if they even received my submission... and I haven't heard anything back.

Is this typical?

I submitted mine over three weeks ago. Heartsy got me scheduled first. :)

They mentioned in their submission information that it may take up to 30 days.
I imagine they might be backlogged. I think its considerate to at least receive an email saying they are considering it/yes/no. Some communication is better than nothing. It gets frustrating with no information.

Right, I'm perfectly fine with waiting, but its frustrating to not even know if my submission went through. They should at least send an auto response email at the least...

Also, I feel that it is poor customer service to leave people's questions unanswered for over 2 weeks - Not a fan of that...

I have applied 3 times! I thought that I may have done something wrong with the first couple applications....Now the third I was really careful with my email and other contact info.

I emailed to ask about my submissions.....as I had not heard anything back at all!!!!

All this and I have NEVER heard back from the emails or the submissions!

Good to know I am not the only one!

I applied...they said it would be about 9 days before I would hear. I heard back on about day 6. We had several emails back and forth about the fact they wanted a far higher discount than I'm willing to do.

and I have not heard a single word since. Don't know. But if they agree, we'll do biz.

I think it might be a one man show over there. I agree the communication is very lacking. I had a deal in June and actually didn't know if it was actually going to happen because it was never confirmed and no one ever replied to my emails asking if it was all set. So i was actually quite surprised when I logged on and my shop was actually there.

@Sugar...ok, that's actually pretty unsettling. How would you have known to be prepared, then, for an onslaught of orders?

Can't you go to your private heartsy page and see your submission? I am able to track mine....?

my last deal took 42 days, and they never gave me an explanation. but I emailed 4 of them over the course of a week, and I guess they got sick of me bothering them, so they finally answered.

the heartsy page doesn't say much. and it is screwy. mine all of a sudden said they would get back to me in 3 days, then the next day it said 4 days, and so on, up til it said 27 days. that is when I started really pestering them.

Hi- Just to clarify the OP was asking about Quite Unique.

@dellcove- haha...QU is much smaller from Heartsy so onslaught of orders was definitely not a problem. I sold 4 vouchers...though I think if it hadn't been the day after my Heartsy deal (where I sold out of all 75 vouchers), perhaps it would have done better. I suspect there's a fair amount of customer overlap between the two sites.
