What are your goals?

I was just writing down a list of goals for myself today to give myself some encouragement since my Etsy sales are so low.

Here are a few of them:

-Better pictures for my site
-expanding my online marketing
-getting into more local stores in my city (up to 10 now!)
-reaching 100 Etsy sales by end of summer (daunting but I'm going to try)

What are your goals on etsy or otherwise?

LoveMontreal, Good list. we could all use a jolt of motivation and encouragement.

I would have to say that my goal is to raise my average monthly sales and add 15 new craft items in my shop before mid May.

it's better to write it anyway:

1. add more items to my shop - to reach 100 landmark by the end of April
2. retake some photos of existing listing
3. start selling in 2 local shops
4. work on my branding
5. blog oftenly and promote my blog
6. find some ways to be written about

You've both got great shops so I see you both reaching them!

My current goal: to gross a minimum of $1000 per month with a combination of Etsy sales and craft shows. I've hit that goal twice in the past year - one of those months was almost entirely Etsy, the other month was a high-grossing show.

Even though at this point it's more an ideal than a reality, I find it much more energizing to start with an "end" goal, then adjust my interim steps accordingly.
