I chose "other direct selling establishments" because I was advised that it includes online and craft fairs etc. I don't remember having to choose a product category for the NAICS code but on taxes I put "handmade jewelry accessories" or something like that. I think costume jewelry is anything that's not precious metals and stones, so a lot of jewelry Etsy sellers would be that too.
