A few things that I did good on this week...

1. Drank plenty of water during the week. Bad on the weekend, but I'm still pretty happy :)
2. Worked out 5 days
3. Made myself go to the gym (6am) before work at least one day. It's so much easier to get it done before work.

I am shooting to be a little better with my eating this week and just do the same on water and exercise. Baby steps!

How about everyone else?

I bought skinny jeans and look pretty good in them. Not because I've lost a ton of weight, but because I'm learning to accept that I'll never be a size 4 so while I am trying to continue to eat right, work out, and lose some weight, I'm starting to accept my body. So that's good, right?

This week has started out really good! My ring fits back on my ring finger! I look married again. :)

I just want to remind everyone not to feel deprived. We are eating the right way everyone else is overeating! :)

Sarah, you are SO RIGHT! "We are eating the right way everyone else is overeating!" is something I'm going to keep in mind when this gets even harder.

Hooray for skinny jeans and rings fitting again!

I ran a mile in 10 minutes yesterday and again today. I'm so happy about the ability to do just that, since I haven't made that time since high school.

I'm getting a haircut tomorrow, so I'm expecting that to take off at least 2 pounds. HA!

I don't think I've checked back in here since I joined, that's probably not good.

I've got nothing new to report, though. I'm still bustin' my butt and stalled. I did break down at my last dr. appt. but she reassured me a little bit. I have another test soon to test my glucose tolerance and I'm just hoping that will provide some insight.

We can come here just to vent, yeah?

I made it to Level 3 of Jillian Michaels' Shred last night. It didn't make want to die as much as Level 2 does.....still hard as shit, though.

And now I'm back to the whole thing where I can feel my muscles under my fat. And that's frustrating.

I LOVE THIS THREAD!!!

I can relate to those of you getting to the gym and running the mile and those of you who Shred! Jillian is a MEAN LADY. lol and I know I am getting a good work out when I make fun of her and swear at the tv.

I hope you don't get sick of me cause I will check in all of the time with you!

My muffin tops are turning into a baker's dozen and I refuse to go up to the next size!

I had a bit of a set back as i caught a stomach virus and could barely get off the couch this week. I did finally however get an exercise bike which will get assembled and used this weekend. I plan on getting up early to use it before I start my day. I am also starting to do yoga. I am really excited to work out this week and using my new bike and getting into my routine. I also found a workout buddy which i hope will keep me motivated!
Congrats to everyone! Sounds like everyone is doing great and making progress!!

Today at my weigh in I lost nothing. But I didn't gain either. And I'm still happy that I worked out so much this week and that my engagement and wedding rings fit again. This week will be better!

I have done well sort of. I had a stomach flu and a sinus infection within 2 weeks of each other so not much weight down then but I have been steadily working out and since i've recovered have been feeling a lot better! I've lost a few more pounds and am now no longer the most overweight female in my family. In other news my paypal got hacked this week and is giving me lots of trouble. Hopefully we'll get that all resolved before the weekend is over and I can continue selling. Until then my shop is on vacation mode.

Calio I had a cheap bike I picked up at Walmart and ended up putting over 2000 miles on. Lost 53 pounds that year and was the smallest I had ever been. Funny cause I rode all that way and never left my living room. Then came along baby number 2. AGH I watched the entire series of Gilmore Girls as I rode. Good luck with the bike! I loved it!

I did 1000 squats yesterday. I've been able to do that number since 2006, when I first blew out my knees training to be a cage fighter. Members of my family who had the same injury had surgery and talked me out of it. They suggested I do a high number of squats to let the muscles and ligaments connected to the outside of my knee compensate for the damage on the inside.
At first I started with 100, but my knees kept going out. So my coach made me increase it 500, then 700, and then 1000. That was the magic number that made me able to withstand the heelhooks and knee bars without further injury. So twice a month i spend my hour in class doing squats while everyone else grapples and spars.
