Technician wouldn't say what he saw on MRI so I have to call the Doctor's office Monday. My other daughter arrived in Virginia late last night and is playing basketball today. Wish I could have went. I hate missing all the fun.
I had to try to remember all of my passwords to sites I rarely go to, this will take me a while with the new pc before I get used to everything. My old work pc still used Vista, the Windows 10 thing and Edge are going to take some getting used to.
I didn't have any issues with Windows 10. My computer updated it automatically so I had no choice.
We are back to the hot and sticky again. I'm not complaining. I would rather have this than snow!
How are sales? I finally had 1 in this shop. I had quite a few and then it dropped again. I had a few in the other shop. i need to work on my other shop. I'm just not in the mood.
We had a mess last night. I'm so glad we were home. We have a water dispenser on our refrigerator and the hose in the back of the fridge will leak a little now and then. Well last night it just left go and we had a mess in the basement. I don't think we are going to use it anymore even though I really like it. It's just not worth the problems it causes.
Anne, congrats on the sales. My shops are slower than they were but am having sales. That sounds like it could have been terrible if you had not been home. It creates quite a flood in a short period of time.
Now that the grass is finally dry so I can mow it , it is way to hot outside for me to be out there. If it does not rain I will hopefully get to it in the morning before it gets to hot.
Everytime I complain about my shops I get a sale! lol
We had a refrigerator before that the water dispenser broke and the water just poured out the front of the refrigerator. This was years ago. Luckily I was still home and didn't leave for work but when I saw it, it was ready to go down the steps into our family room with hardwood floors. I had to call my husband at work and ask him to come home. What a mess that was. They never could figure out what was wrong with it and replaced it for us. Something happened to that fridge too. We had so many problems with refrigerators I can't even remember.

No sales in my shop. Since Etsy changed everything again only my repeat customers. Now I see today that if you promote your Etsy shop on social media Etsy is attaching ribbon ads so that people that click on your item will see a dozen or so items from other unrelated shops before they can scroll way to the bottom of the page to see what they clicked on. Bunch of crap...
I had the same thing happen a few yrs ago . the connection to the water line rusted out and broke during the night. It flooded my kitchen , when I came down the stairs in the morning I thought I was seeing things. It totally ruined my laminate flooring. Thank goodness for insurance, they paid for the floor but not the frig.
Twice we had our sump pump in the basement fail. We were lucky, both times it happened were before we finished the basement living space. So far (fingers crossed) nothing since!
Fingers crossed that we have no more things fail in our homes!
We got a pitcher with a water filter but I don't like the water as much as the water from the dispenser in the refrigerator. I guess I will just get used to it.
I read about the changes Etsy made to social media. That sure doesn't seem right.

Nope, did not get the lawn mowed yet. It is 95 out and very muggy, I promised my family I would stay in the house with the AC on. Maybe tomorrow morning. If not I will ask my neighbor, he can even use my new mower. When I went to do it last night when cooled down it started raining again.

Good evening. My daughter's team is not doing well in Virginia. Part of the reason we didn't go. We all know that the team is not strong enough to play at a higher level. They won 1 out of 4 games. They have one new girl and both coaches are new. The old one couldn't go so he sent his two assistants. They changed everything from the line up to the plays.
Anne, this thread or in the forum? Doesn't matter much I'm still contemplating continuing with etsy. I've had my shop in vacay mode forever. Going to make a final decision sometime later in the fall.
The change in social media , I wonder is that the change where it is if you make a listing link but if you make a change to the listing title (I think you had to add your shop name ) then the ads would not be there. I could be wrong though. I will have to research more. I do not usually put a listing link and post a photo and link to my shop so I do not know if the ads show up or not.
Rosey, glad to here no damage though bone bruising can be very painful.
The change in social media is what I thought the help article shows this but I see in the forums some are saying it is not working, do not know if a bug or what
