Was able to get the free listings in my new shop. Now I need photos and start listing items.

That's great Debbie. Good luck with your new shop. I was able to use the free listings for both shops too.

I've been cleaning out my closet, ugh, I love shoes and found shoes I didn't even know I had. Then I found some vintage shoes I'm going to try and sell in my shop. I'm a pack rat so it's no surprise I kept these shoes. I can keep stuff for so long and then it's time to clean out the old. All I need is time to list.

We took down our tree today too, so glad that is done. Everything is back to normal.

Every place we went today was packed with people. I don't think anyone worked except the people in the stores. Gym, stores and grocery stores were just packed with people. We couldn't even get on the treadmill right away. I'm glad that I am home now.

Anne, my daughter and I went shopping. I had a few items to return. The return lines were long and the check out lines were long. I agree with you. NO one went back to work yesterday. I waited a week thinking the lines wouldn't be long. Wrong.

The bathroom is 85% complete. Still need to wait on caulking to dry, shower curtain, clean bathtub and put in no slid stuff, and the vanity/cabinets to be fixed up and remounted. It looks great and the lighting WOW.

Rosey, I saw the photos on facebook. bathroom is looking good.

I think our association management company has lost their minds. I have been calling for a month about a water main leak in front of my unit, The water is bubbling out of the ground covering my carport. Today I finally got a status report. his response was the "roofer" company will be here on xxxx date. The roof is fine it is bubbling out of the ground what is a roofer going to do. Hope it was a typo.

Now I know the management company is crazy and I think so is our association board. They response was an error, they have not even hired a plumbing service yet. The water main has been leaking for over a month and as a home owner this is unacceptable. I guess I better either buy that boat or rubber boots so I can reach my car, that is if a sink hole does not develop first. Tomorrow I am going to try to track down contact info for the board president and see if I can push them to move faster. I know we have 2 units that need roof repair but a possible sink hole developing at the entrance of the complex to me in top priority. They better not raise our dues because of the increase water usage.

I'm still selling steadily in this shop but my other shop is still dead. I spend more time in this shop so I guess that's another reason. I'm just not motivated to crochet. My fingers hurt and I just can't do it right now.

Hope the bathroom project is complete Rosey and your water problem is fixed Debbie.

Water line problem not taken care of. this morning I know I have an ice skating rink in the carport since the temps got down into the 20's last night.

They are calling for snow this weekend so everyone is having a fit. I hate that I have to go to the store to pick up some meds casue I know it will be crazy with everyone buying the usual panic supply of milk, bread and eggs.

We have snow. It's been snowing all day. Kids went to school only to come home 2 hours early. They should have just closed.

I forgot to fill the car up the other day so I ran to the gas station, post office and then went into Walmart . It was not as busy as I thought it would but I think it was because they had plenty of checkout lines open. I started to rain just as I got home, the snow is supposed to start later tonight and tomorrow. When we have bad weather I hate not having my cars gas tank full, never know when I may need to use it to recharge phone and more.

We woke up to about an inch of snow. I can deal with that. It's freezing outside, only in the 20's.

My house did not get anything more than a dusting of snow but we did get the freezing rain. Good thing I have no where to go, because for right now I am frozen into my house. The house locks and doors are frozen shut.

I did buy some de icer spray when Walmart had them on clearance, I have sprayed the locks and doors and will just wait for it to work. Someone told me to spray the door casings with silicone so I guess I will have to get some for the next time they call for freezing weather.

Makes it a good day to curl up with the TV and my crochet hook. I have to remember to thank my doctor on my next visit. Increasing my meds and adding back one to my treatment plan has my crochet mojo back. I feel so much better. I had gotten where I had no energy or drive to do anything more than sleep.

Just went and tried the front door and it opened , one more to go.

My daughter turns 16 tomorrow. I'm waiting for her to call from basketball to pick her up. She has to go sit with the team even though she can't play. She has a concussion without loss of consciousness. She is suppose to be out for 5 days.

My other daughter hurt her knee today. She went to a friends house after her game so I told the mom to make sure she ices it. I don't need her out too.

We only got a dusting of snow again, just enough to be a pain. It's freezing out though, only 20's again.

At least one door is open Debbie. That's scary not being able to open your doors.

Anne, she is so busy she isn't too interested in driving at this time. Her friend has to work 3 jobs to drive the car she got for her birthday. She also knows getting a job is in her future to help pay for some stuff.

Her boyfriend doesn't drive so I think she gets that it's not that important. It will help us out though.

Well, the de icer I used yesterday helped. It was 15 degrees this morning when I got up. The doors opened I need to get some more to replace my supply for the next storm.

Good morning. It's been a busy few days. Still trying to unclutter and clean. Things are looking better.

Need to buy towels and other new stuff for the remodel but things are coming along.

We had the bitter cold, now it's raining and then we are supposed to get in the 40's and 50's. Saturday they are predicting snow! What crazy weather.

That's one thing I don't like to buy, towels and wash rags. They are always so expensive and I guess I just don't like spending money on them. I need to get new wash rags but keep putting it off.

I'm still working on clutter too. I was trying to do that with the basement over the weekend. It's never ending.

Anne, I get it. I just need my husband to make me some racks for my doll clothes now.

I got to get motivated for sewing now. I'm back at the gym and it is taking a lot of my time.

Well, I may resign from the soccer board as of last night. We have a new president and vice president. The old one could not commit to the job anymore and he was pretty absent last year. The program really suffered. Well, SAY is going to a new age based program. Instead of going from June to June we go Jan to Jan. That means any 2004 kids have one more year of soccer and then nothing until high school. They miss 2 whole years of soccer. We can avoid this by staying where we are and moving to it next year after we plan for the change. The new president and vp want to move ahead and plan for a premier league for these kids. Or go ahead and adopt the change now. Most of us want to wait and focus on building something. My kid is one of the too old players. I got accused of not voting for the kids only my kid. Boy did I blast the guy and called him out that I was fighting for 10 kids. He really owes me an apology. I doubt I get it.

This is the craziest weather last week snow and 15 degree temps. this week they are calling for 70 degree temps. No wonder I do not feel well, my body crazy body can not handle this change in temps.

I saw an other specialist today to try and find out why my lab work is always abnormal lately. It makes it hard on my other docs. since they do not know when or how to treat me. She look loads of blood but feels it is due to my chronic illness and it just how it is going to be for awhile. The only other thing she talked about was doing a bone marrow biopsy if my white blood count keeps rising showing I have an infection when I do not. That does not sound like fun.

Rosey, did you quit the soccer board, If so I do not blame you. This does not make sense to make changes with no planning ahead.

You talk about buying towels and wash cloths , I want to know do wash cloths fall into the same category as socks. I live alone so I am the only one using them so why have they all disappeared. They go into the wash but seem to not come out of the wash. I know where they went when I was married, my ex loved them for washing his car.

Debbie, no, I haven't quit yet. I haven't decided yet. It depends on what I do with my daughter and son for fall soccer. I think I'm moving them to another organization. I just got to find another organization first. It's one of those things where you don't quit your job until you have another one lined up. I do believe this will be my last year. I will see 2 other board members tomorrow at indoor. See if they say anything to me about it. They voted the same way I did.

Beautiful weather today... 68 degrees with a light breeze. I never know how to dress, cool in the morning and warm in the afternoon.

I got the results of my chest ct scan. I have 3 small nodules that are consistent with my sarcoidosis. The funny think was it also showed I have an unhealed rib fracture. When I was in the hospital in Nov. I told my doctor that I thought I had broken a rib with all the vomiting I had due to the severe side/back pain I was having. He told me it was just a pulled muscle. Now I guess I need to see my new PCP just to get it documented. There is nothing they can do but watch it.

We are still cleaning things out. It's never ending. We are supposed to get a little snow, less than an inch. It's cloudy and gloomy outside.

I'm hoping to get to the gym today but we'll see.
