What kind of pets do you have?

I know we are all members of this team because we love small animals...but what kinds do you have as part of your family?

We have 6 rats - 2 boys and 4 girls (the genders will NEVER meet)

Our bigger animals are 2 cats

Our human babies are 2 human boys :-)

We have 2 guinea pigs, Leo and Ruby.

I have 3 rats > Rowdee, Stella & Bayla & 3 dogs > Charlee, Yoda & Dixie
all rescues of course :)

Awwww!!! Our rats are Dahlia, Leeloo, Toph, Tachi, Batou and Pippin :-)

Our kitties are Rei and Jabberwocky (Jabbers for short)

I have 3 guinea pigs, 2 chinchillas, 3 rats, 2 spiny mice, a short tailed opossum, and a Boston terrier/pug mix. :)

Heather - for some reason my fiance is obsessed with opossums! I will admit to always loving chinchillas :-) I wanted a pair for a long time....but I love my ratties too :-)

What made you get an opossum? Is she really friendly? I'm sorry to bombard you with questions, I'm quite curious...and she's so flippin' cute it's near to being painful :-D

She's only 6" long and she's very easy to take care of. I researched STOs for about a year before getting her. She's friendly and lets me hold her, but she's not cuddly. She is pretty jumpy and scares easily, but she has never tried to bite. She does open her mouth and "hiss" at me quite often though. Haha! She's all bark and no bite.

Is it horrible that the image of that little cutey hissing made me giggle? Like when my one really sassy rat girl tries to act up...she doesn't bite, just floofs up to look scary (then you show her a treat and she's all "OH, well that's okay then!" lol). AFter showing Cory (my other half) your little Blossom, that's all he will talk about lol.

Blossom's angry face always makes me laugh. She thinks she's soooo scary but it's too cute. She's one of the only animals I have that HASN'T bitten me. lol

I have two rabbits. Jerry Maguire is a 7 year old black Netherland Dwarf mix. Flower is a 5 year old white and brown spotted Holland Lop mix. I got them both from Magic Happens Rabbit Rescue.

Hi! :) You lot might all think i'm crazy now haha, I have A LOT of animals in total but only 8 small animals

I'll list everyone so you can have a good laugh but I won't talk about them after this as its not the appropriate place : )

A cat, a dog, a hamster, a snake, 2 rabbits, 2 guinea pigs, 2 rats, a hamster, a mouse, 5 birds, a tarantula, a terrapin, a bearded dragon, a fish and 10 snails :)

Oh! What kind of snake do you have? I used to have a ball python. Her name was Princess and she was my baby.....until she got out of her tank and the cat ate her (yep....ate her). Never liked that cat.....she stayed with the ex-husband.

I used to have a zoo growing up, but we also lived on a farm :-)

I have three ferrets and a weakness when i walk into a petstore. Lucy is the diva, Rocco is a spazzz, and chubs is the lazy cuddly one. I also have an adorable hedgehog named Cocoa Puff :)

I have 1 horse, 2 goats, 2 mini Zebu, 3 cats, 4 dogs, 1 hamster, 15 hedgehogs, many chickens, and a fish tank. If I had the funds, Each one having a special personality that I cherish.

We purchase them in south Georgia. We purchase a pregnant cow so we could hand raise the baby. Her name is Miss Lily and she is 13 years old. Sweetest little cow ever. Our bull was a rescue because he is sterile, not mean but not social either. They are so cute when they lick each other. It's like "you scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours."
