Whether your planning or attending an event, what are your go-to tools, resources or helpful articles that help you prepare, organize, and promote a successful event?

I'll kick things off by sharing some of mine:

Eventbrite - A great tool that helps me create tickets for an event, communicate with ticket holders, and track and analyse attendance.

Instagram - One of my favorite places to build up hype around an event.

Spreadsheets - Help me keep track of items I need to order for an event, as well as budget.

Email - To communicate with my fellow event organizers, hosts, and send updates to people that have expressed interest in my upcoming event.

Several of the ones you listed are on my trusted resources list as well.

I would include Pinterest for booth set up/display ideas. There's loads on there, of course, but some of my personal favs are pinned to my board on the topic:

We have an invaluable local resource for shows (Rochester Artisan Insiders) and our members routinely update with show evals, tips, etc. That, plus our local Etsy Street Team (RNest) with monthly meetings, provide a strong local network. I encourage everyone to link up with any local teams in your area.

Picmonkey is great for creating pic collages and sharing items you will have available at local selling events. I love what you can do on instagram, but have been able to do some promo pieces that worked well for me using Picmonkey and including text and such. Things like this little fb post resulted in many extra sales:
